Writing plays a big role in his approach. “As the owner, I write a lot, which seems to help connect to others on a human level,” he explains.

Reeves remembers one particularly demanding task, designing a customer form that users could finish in under two minutes, while quietly capturing seven different interactions in the background for tracking and compliance. “That project just made us hungry for the next challenge,” he says.
