How much do you generally charge from agencies?
Our hosting plans vary depending on the hosting infrastructure you use. We don’t charge a monthly hosting price. Instead, you only have to pay for the resources you use. This means when you launch a $10/month server on DigitalOcean server, and decide to close the server after one day of use.
Then, your total cost will be approximately: 0.33 cents or $0.33. Here is the calculation: Total cost of the server: $0.0139/hour Number of hours the server remained online: 24 Multiplying: 0.0139*24 You will have to pay: $0.3336 for hosting your website on our platform for a single day.
Isn’t it highly affordable?Will I get free SSL?

Yes. we allow you to set a backup frequency of your choice for all your agency clients’ websites. You can set the backup frequency from 1 hour to 1 week. Here is how you can change the backup frequency.
Can I transfer a server to my agency client’s account?
Yes, you can move one server from your account to your client’s account on the platform. However, the server will have the same IP address. This feature is ideal for agencies who want to give full control (including billing) of the servers to their clients to manage the day-to-day operations.

Yes, you can add a team member to your Cloudways account. To do so, you need to be the owner of the Cloudways account.
There are a few conditions for adding team members:
- The email address you want to add as the team member should not be associated with any Cloudways account (Trial or Full).
- Your account should have at least one active server.
- You should not be using the platform on a trial basis.
