Client Billing & Reporting lets you send invoices and collect payments using Stripe. The reporting side of the tool also provides white-labeled reports to clients, showing them exactly what their hosting fee is paying for.
Can I use Client Billing & Reporting if I’m not using Cloudways?
Client Billing works with any hosting provider, so you can send invoices and collect payments no matter where your sites are hosted. Client Reporting pulls data directly from your Cloudways account, so it only works for sites hosted with us.
How secure is my data?
Your data and your clients’ data are encrypted. Everything is stored on the same secure servers as the rest of Cloudways.
Can I invoice clients in multiple currencies?
Yes, you can invoice in 135+ currencies. Choose one currency per client, and it’s used for all of their invoices going forward.
Can I charge taxes or VAT?
Yes. Choose a tax rate per client, and it’s added to all of their invoices automatically.
What information do client reports include?
Client Reports include WordPress and plugin updates, security scans, SSL status, backup history, and performance data like visitor location and cache speed, information your clients wouldn’t normally have access to on their own.
What support is available?

How many reports can I create per month?

Are reports auto-updating, or do I need to create them?
