Hi, I’m Mike Szyszka, founder and CEO of Reaction Digital. We’re a WordPress agency based in Alberta, Canada. Part of what we do as a WordPress agency is help our clients host and maintain their websites after we build them. So having a reliable hosting company is really important to that monthly reoccurring revenue that we’re trying to build. So when we were looking for a new host, we were looking for a company that had a lot of flexibility in options, but as well as a great support team because everything’s easy when everything goes great, but when you need help, that’s when the support team really steps up. And you’re going to know the difference between a great host and an okay host. We really love the Cloudflare Enterprise integration with Cloudways that’s added, great CDN, but also the image compression and optimization is just awesome. One of the things I really love about Cloudways is how they’ve created a consistent user experience. When you want to host your website with different cloud providers, whether that gives you Digital Ocean, Google or Amazon, you’re going to have a really consistent interface for interacting with all these different cloud providers. But that’s been extended through their API, which gives you access to all kinds of data and information, or even being able to make actions with your different websites, no matter where they’re hosted. I think Cloudways is great for anyone from a business that owns and host their own website, and they’re just looking for a solution that they can offload it to. So they have great autoscaling capabilities, the ability to run automatic updates and rollbacks. Something goes wrong. I think that’s really great. You’re the owner of a website. If you’re a small freelancer or agency, you’ve got a great system for managing staging environments to boost your work with your clients and then deploy it to the live site. Your ability to hand off accounts between the agency and the client is fantastic. And if you’re a bigger agency, managing a lot of websites, they definitely have the ability to scale, whether that’s adding more servers or applications. And we haven’t found the limit yet, so I doubt you will.
