Can bootstrapped startups apply to Cloudways Startup Program?
Yes, bootstrapped startups can apply to a suitable package of their choice
Is Cloudways Startup Program an incubator/accelerator?
No. Cloudways Startup Program is a next generation support platform designed to assist startups during launch and scaling stages.
How do you select Startups?
After you fill the form, we will analyze your application based on the eligibility criteria.
When will the Cloudways credits expire?
Cloudways Startup Program credits will expire when all the credited amount is consumed through your selected plan.
How does Cloudways allocates the hosting credit?
At the time of joining our Startup program, you will get a fixed amount of hosting credits depending on the package you choose.
Once the monthly invoice has been generated, the discount offered by your package is deducted from the invoiced amount and credited to the allocated credit.
For instance, if you have selected the ‘Build’ package that offers a 15% discount and your monthly invoice is $1000, you only have to pay $850 The remaining $150 will be adjusted in the credits.
Please note that this amount cannot be encashed or used as hosting credit with any of our infrastructure partners (i.e. DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Kyup) directly.
Do I need to be a Cloudways customer to join the Startup Program?
You should be a user of the Cloudways platform but you don’t necessarily need to be a paying customer to join the Cloudways Startup Program.
Can I qualify for the Startup Program if I am availing other Cloudways promotions/offers?
You are only eligible for the Startup Program if you are not availing any other Cloudways offer. However, do contact us to see what we could do in your case.
