Since the launch of Click&Go, many asked for a database (DB) management tool.
While there are many good choices available in the market, we only wanted to deploy the best one for our customers. After careful testing and observation, we have finally implemented one.
We call it the Click&Go MySQL Manager.
What are the benefits?
Unlike other DB management tools, the Click&Go MySQL Manager has a great user interface which leads to a hassle-less user experience. Our database management tool is faster than a popular industry choice because it’s lighter.
Click&Go MySQL manager is more secure, fast, light-weight, and feature-rich than traditional phpMyadmin tool. As always, Cloudways has taken extra care for security and communication will be over SSL via self-signed certificate. Don’t worry it’s managed, and nothing is required from your side (apart from using it) .
So, how can you use it?
Navigate to the Application Management where you see the Access Detail section. Under this section, you will find a button saying “Launch Click&GO MySQL Manager”.

You will see that the credentials for MySQL are present above the button. However, you will not need to enter them manually for this tool.
Furthermore, like with other features, we are flexible. Therefore, you can also easily access your MySQL database using tools, like SQLyog, HeidiSQL, etc. You can also access it via SSH. In such uses, you would need the credentials.
