How to Use the Teams Feature?
Just login to your Cloudways account. On the top navigation bar, you will see the new ‘Teams’ button. Just click on it and you will see the Teams’ Administration page.
On this page, you will see the ‘Add Team Member’ button. Click on it to add your team members. You will now see a form where you would need to fill in the required credentials and set the Status for the member, where “Enable” allows them to be a team member and “Disable” removes their access.
After this, you can define the kind of access you want to give to your team members:
Members having the access to this area will be able to view, download and pay invoices. This means you can easily add your finance manager in it and you won’t have to be troubled about paying for the services.
Members having the access to this area will be able to create and manage support tickets. This means you can assign a team member to keep a check on support issues.
Cloud Console Access
You can choose one of the three
- Full Access: Under this, you can give full access to Cloud Console of all the servers to a team member of your choice. You won’t be able to access the Teams administration page.
- Limited Access: Under this, you can give the access to Cloud Console of selected servers to a team member. You won’t be able to see Teams page. Furthermore, you won’t be able to clone or delete servers.
- Block Access: Through this, you can stop a team member from accessing the Cloud Console.
Managing Multiple Team Accounts
