Many of you might have read about this from the Forbes article Ben Kepes wrote about us. Oh well, this was all planned.

A few months back, we promised that we will be adding more infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) choices on our fast-growing Cloud Platform. For the sake of reminding, this is what Pere Hospital, CTO and Co-Founder, Cloudways had said then:

“We don’t want to add tons of providers and baffle our customers. Our policy is, and will be, to keep a very small set of infrastructure options for our customers, each adding a unique value to our offering. Currently, we have Amazon AWS (for high-end acceptability or ‘brand’) and DigitalOcean (for price competitiveness or ‘price’). Even if a brand like AWS is already there, we couldn’t but add Google Compute Engine too as these are the real two monsters in the cloud infrastructure landscape fighting for the ‘brand’ tag.”

It was back then, we showed our interest in integrating Google Compute Engine (GCE) on Cloudways. And finally, we have done it.

Google Compute Engine

Welcoming Google Cloud Engine To Cloudways

Everyone knows that Google Compute Engine is a big name in the cloud infrastructure market. It is the same infrastructure that Google uses for its many products, like Google Search, Gmail, and YouTube among others. These services are rarely down as Google ensures the infrastructure stays up and running at all times.

This is why Google Compute Engine has an uptime of more than 99.9%, one of the highest in the industry.

With such strong facts behind this IaaS, we think it was necessary to have GCE on Cloudways.

Why You Should Use Google Compute Engine On Cloudways?

We have three authentic reasons for you:

  • Seamless Performance
  • Business Friendly Pricing
  • Free Premium Support

Seamless Performance

Gmail goes down only once in a while and when it’s down, it goes out for a few minutes (or perhaps, an hour). The same unrelenting performance can be yours too. Google Compute Engine continues to deliver exemplary stability when you host your web app, you will rarely see it blacking out on you.

Plus, Cloudways adds value to this infrastructure. The special optimized formula of Nginx, Varnish, Apache, and Memcached ensures that server resources are used efficiently. This results in 100% faster web page load times.

Like other cloud servers, Google cloud servers can be cloned and scaled whenever required. Each server has its dedicated IP which means you are in full control of your server.

Business Friendly Pricing

Like it or not, pricing is one of the most important deciding factors when it comes to web app deployments. Google Compute Engine on Cloudways is not the cheapest pricing plan on the offer. However, it does provide value when you are looking to host in Asia and Europe. It also saves you money on larger server sizes.

On Cloudways Google Cloud Platform, you can choose your monthly bandwidth requirements. This means you can save some bucks at this end too.

Free Premium Support

This is something we are really proud of. We think attracting clients is important, but everything depends on the relationship you create with them. At Cloudways, we are always there for clients. Our 24×7 Live Chat Support  solves hundreds of issues every hour. Similarly, we close Support Tickets at neck-breaking speeds (and we still think we are slow).

When you host on Cloudways, you get the most personalized tech support in the hosting industry.

So, don’t wait. Experience the flawless performance with blazing fast speeds and top notch optimization on Cloudways Google Cloud Platform.
