International Data Corp (IDC) and IDG Enterprise (the media company that consist of CFOworld, CIO, CIO Executive Council, Computerworld, CSO, DEMO, InfoWorld, ITworld and Network World) are organizing the Cloud Leadership Forum that will take place on June 20-21 in Santa Clara, California. The final conference of the forum will be devoted to business cloud computing and its implementation at different companies.
The participants of the forum will be able to learn the latest tendencies of cloud computing development. Representatives of leading corporations will share their experience of business clouds implementation at enterprises and tell about the best cloud computing governance models. Moreover the issues of mobile users’ access and authentication will be considered.
The separate session called “Future Proofing: An Interactive Discussion” will be devoted to the results of the cloud computing survey “Future Proofing the Cloud.” This survey was conducted by IDC together with IDG. Its main goal is to find out the influence of cloud on IT organization and functions that it performs as well as prognosticate possible development of cloud computing itself.
The speakers of the forum are the representatives of the largest corporations that have deep experience in the cloud computing sphere. Among them are Eric Marks, President and CEO of AgilePath Corporation, Dave McNally, IT Executive Advisor of IDC and Todd Papaioannou, VP of Cloud Architecture of Yahoo.
