How to Integrate Brands in WooCommerce Store

The WooCommerce Brands plugin permits you to make brands for your shop, with a name, description, and picture. Which helps you on many things like:

For the installation of woocommerce brand plugin, follow these simple instructions below.

  • Download  plugin  from WooCommerce Brands.
  • Upload the plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  • Activate ‘WooCommerce Brands’ from the Plugins menu within WordPress

After successfully installing the above plugin let’s see how to configure this plugin

Creating Brands

To add a new brand go to “Products > Brands”. Inside the tab you will see an “Add New Brand” section where you can assign new brands and when you are done the brand will be listed in the list right besides it.

Give the brand a name, description, and assign an image. You can even edit the previously added brands from here or even delete it from the list on the right side. See all your listed brands in the list.

To assign your products to a specific brand go to “Products>Add Product”. Inside this tab you’ll see a window as shown below, name your product on the left and on the right side you can assign this product to your previously created brands.

After configuring the brands plugin, it would be a good idea to enhance the visibility of your products by adding customized logos on the respective product pages. So for this purpose, go to functions.php add the following snippet for customize styling of brand image which apply on products.

Note: To insert the logo for each brand you will need to add the above function multiple times for every brand separately.

The following are the things that you need to rename according to your specific brand names in the above code.

  • Your_functions_name → name the function form which you initialize your code

The above code arranges the brand logo position to be display on all product pages and it changes dynamically according to different brand logo.
