65  Countries and 700 WordCamps—that’s how far WordCamp has come since its inception. A locally-organized event that talks only and only about WordPress. The flavor of each WordCamp varies depending on the location and organizers.
If you’re a WordPress enthusiast, looking to meet with other individuals like yourself then WordCamps are just the event for you. It is not too fancy, not too plain; it’s a simple gathering that connects people from the same industry that often promotes collaboration between attendees.
With the constant support of WordPress Foundation, over the years WordCamp has been able to mark its spot in some 68 cities across the globe. This time around, it is WordCamp Bilbao 2017, a three-day event that will take off starting May 12. The event promises to address WordPress-related queries and resolve discussions around subjects such as SEO, community, digital marketing, plugins, and themes. Just for €35, attendees get to network with industry experts and learn from their experience as they take the stage; WordCamp Bilbao 2017 is perhaps the best bargain.
In an attempt to show its support for the WordPress community in Spain, Cloudways has taken the opportunity to become a Gold sponsor for WordCamp Bilbao 2017. Cloudways—a WordPress hosting platform—holds presence all around the globe and works with some of the major infrastructure providers including DigitalOcean, AWS EC2, GCE, Vultr, and KYUP.
In addition to this, Cloudways Cofounder and CTO, Pere Hospital, will be at WordCamp Bilbao 2017 to take the excitement to a whole new level.
