Cloudways does not charge you at the time of subscription. You will be INVOICED on the 2nd of every month and automatically CHARGED (against the provided payment information) on the 5th of every month.

• Users will be INVOICED on the 2nd of every month, even if they subscribed on the 4th or 27th of the previous month or 1st of the present month.

• Users will be CHARGED on the 5th of every month, even if they subscribed on the 4th or 27th of the previous month or 1st of the present month.

• User will be CHARGED on the 5th of every month, unless he/she notifies us of any issue/dissatisfaction between the time being INVOICED and CHARGED.

• Users will be CHARGED and INVOICED only for the consumed days of services, plus (if applicable) any additional server, bandwidth, application or other applicable charges.
