Refund Policy

You can cancel service by going to top right option "Cancel Service" provided on service detail page inside member's area. You may also request to remove stored Amazon Web Services or ElasticHosts account credentials in the same web form provided therein. Once requested, admin will manually review and you will receive a confirmation email once the request has been carried out.

Owing to the nature of the service, you will receive reminder notification 3 to 7 days ahead of your subscription's expiry date. Once your funds end up and you didn't top up, your instances, farms, and applications will no longer be controlled by CloudWays. However, no instances are terminated upon service cancellation, so they will continue to run, unless you terminate them by logging in your respective Amazon Web Services or ElasticHosts account.

At time of cancellation, refunds will be issued for any unused balance in your account. To qualify for refunds transaction should be no longer than 30 days older.
